In 2024 and 2025, enterprise AI spend exploded. Deals were signed. Pilots were run. And then... nothing shipped. The bottleneck wasn't the model — it was the engineering capacity to integrate, evaluate, and maintain AI systems in production.
Forward Deployed Engineers are the answer. FDEs sit inside client organizations, own technical delivery end-to-end, and bridge the gap between AI capability and business outcome. Palantir built their business on this model. OpenAI launched a whole subsidiary to do it. Anthropic partnered with Deloitte for $1.5B to scale it.

We're a team of engineers who have shipped AI systems at fast-moving startups and enterprise companies. We've built RAG pipelines that handle millions of daily queries, agent systems that orchestrate dozens of tools, and eval frameworks that caught regressions before they reached users.
We don't hire generalists. Every FDE on our bench has production AI experience — not just LLM API calls, but the full stack: data pipelines, embedding infra, fine-tuning, observability, and the unglamorous work of making models reliable at scale.
